Claudelle Johnson came to Sedona for the first time for Christmas vacation in 2006 and instantly fell in love with the famous Sedona Red Rocks! Making the decision to move from Snoqualmie, WA to Sedona and the Verde Valley at that moment. And once setting her mind to something makes it happen…packing up her entire household and family they were moved & living here by mid-February 2007. She was a Financial Consultant at the time for a company who was just opening a branch here, so she always says the Sedona move was meant to be!
After 2 years, she decided to begin helping other small local businesses develop themselves and help them improve their own sales to be successful. She quit her job and took on business networking and got her hands into local businesses and making a ton of local connections along the way. She got involved in a group called PWG of Northern Arizona (Professional Women’s’ Group) and became President within 2 years. She was instrumental in their development of a scholarship program to help residents wanting to go back to school to further their education. They raised these funds through a variety of events and quarterly luncheons and the scholarship fund continues to grow in terms of funding a bonus to locals.
These connections have been extremely helpful as when she decided to go into real estate full-time once both her daughters had graduated from high school. She joined Century 21 Sexton Realty and immediately become one of the top 5% of agents in that Brokerage firm here in Sedona. Realizing the World was going more mobile and wanting to expand herself even further as well. She looked again for more opportunity than what was already here in place within the Verde Valley. She joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of Arizona in July 2016 and was instrumental in the opening a new Branch here in Sedona in May 2017. Going immediately from 6 agents to 22 over the next few months, she remains at the top of their branch as a Top Producer.
Within 2 years of being a Realtor, she joined the local Sedona Verde Valley Association of Realtors Board of Directors. In her second year on the Board, she took on becoming the Chair of the MLS Committee who oversees that the mls system functions properly, tests and develops new technology and listens to other agents as on how to work to improve the functionality of the system.
She credits her success to her local connections and to her amazing clients! “Realtors are not just in sales, it’s about the amount of customer service we provide to our clients that makes them refer others to me. Plus, they all say I’m very patient and take the time to truly listen to their wants & needs and explain what to look for in their current needs vs potential future ones which they may not have even thought of yet.”

We all live here and care about our communities we should all give of our time and or funds here locally. I give of my Heart to each client and truly work hard to ensure what they need happens – this ultimately is why they refer others to me.
